Your first visit at Lakeside Chiropractic will be your longest and most detailed. The initial paperwork will have to be filled out (necessary forms may be downloaded from the New Patient Forms section below and completed ahead of time) a family/medical history is taken, and an examination will be performed. If necessary, x-rays will be taken. Next, you will be adjusted and any physiological therapeutics (heat, muscle stimulation etc.) that are needed will be administered. This will conclude your first visit.
